Length math. 18" sits at the collarbone, easy under a shirt. 22" rides the chest plate. 24-26" lays mid-sternum — the modern hip-hop standard for a single-piece flex. 28-30" reads heavier and bolder, best worn solo. Width is the second lever: 5-8mm runs daily, 10-12mm is a statement, 15mm+ is the unmistakable rapper chain. Stack two pieces max — three only if their widths differ by at least 4mm.
