We want you to love your DRIPLORE piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Window
- Returns: 30 days from the date of delivery
- Exchanges: 14 days from the date of delivery
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn and undamaged
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging (box, pouch, or bag)
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
- Final Sale / Clearance items (marked as such at the time of purchase)
- Items damaged through normal wear, accidents, or misuse
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@driplore.com with the subject line:
Return Request – Order #[your order number] - Include your reason for return and, if applicable, a photo of the item
- We will respond within 48 hours with the return address and instructions
- Ship the item back using a tracked service (we recommend keeping your tracking number)
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified by email of the outcome
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit
Exchanges
For exchanges within 14 days of delivery:
- Follow the same return initiation process above, specifying the item you'd like instead
- Ship back the original item
- Once received, we will dispatch your new piece
- First exchange ships free. Subsequent exchanges may incur a shipping fee.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@driplore.com
- Include your order number, a clear photo, and a short description of the issue
- We will offer a free replacement or full refund at your preference — no return shipping required for defective items
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days of our approval notification:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider — processing can take time
- If you've done the above and still have no refund, email us at support@driplore.com
