Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your DRIPLORE piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.


Return Window

  • Returns: 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Exchanges: 14 days from the date of delivery

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and undamaged
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging (box, pouch, or bag)

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final Sale / Clearance items (marked as such at the time of purchase)
  • Items damaged through normal wear, accidents, or misuse

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@driplore.com with the subject line: Return Request – Order #[your order number]
  2. Include your reason for return and, if applicable, a photo of the item
  3. We will respond within 48 hours with the return address and instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a tracked service (we recommend keeping your tracking number)
  5. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified by email of the outcome
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit

Exchanges

For exchanges within 14 days of delivery:

  1. Follow the same return initiation process above, specifying the item you'd like instead
  2. Ship back the original item
  3. Once received, we will dispatch your new piece
  4. First exchange ships free. Subsequent exchanges may incur a shipping fee.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@driplore.com
  • Include your order number, a clear photo, and a short description of the issue
  • We will offer a free replacement or full refund at your preference — no return shipping required for defective items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days of our approval notification:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider — processing can take time
  3. If you've done the above and still have no refund, email us at support@driplore.com
