Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using driplore.com (the "Site") or making a purchase from DRIPLORE ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
2. Account Registration
If you create an account with us:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately at support@driplore.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms
3. Products & Product Information
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However:
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in color, finish, or detail due to photography lighting, screen display settings, or minor manufacturing variations.
- Dimensions and measurements are approximate. Please review the size information provided on each product page before purchasing.
- Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
As a jewelry brand that sources products internationally, slight variations between the displayed image and the physical product are normal and do not constitute grounds for a return unless the item is materially different from its description.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD by default. Prices in other currencies (GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD) are estimates based on current exchange rates and may fluctuate. The final charge will be in the currency selected at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an order has been placed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
5. Orders & Order Confirmation
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email and your payment is successfully processed.
- Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement by contacting support@driplore.com. After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing and cannot be modified.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to): suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or restrictions on items ordered.
- If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
6. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Shop Pay
- PayPal
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are processed securely by Shopify Payments or PayPal. DRIPLORE does not store full payment card details.

- Use our brand name, logo, or imagery for any commercial purpose
- Scrape, crawl, or data-mine our Site

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
