Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship worldwide via tracked international carriers and arrive within 8-15 business days of your order — this includes the pre-ship QC processing we do before every dispatch. (Business days, not calendar days.)

Is shipping free?

Yes — free worldwide shipping on every order, no minimum.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes — once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Track at 17track.net.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your order hasn't arrived 25 business days after dispatch, contact us at support@driplore.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and reship or refund.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

Most orders under $50 USD are below customs thresholds in major markets. Larger orders may incur fees, which are the customer's responsibility per local laws.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

30-day returns from delivery date. Items must be unworn, in original packaging. See full Return Policy.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes — 14-day exchange window. First exchange ships free; subsequent exchanges may incur a shipping fee.

What if my item arrives defective?

Contact us within 7 days with a photo at support@driplore.com. Free replacement or full refund — return shipping covered for defective items.

What are your pieces made of?

Most chains, rings, and bracelets use stainless steel cores with 14k gold-plating, sterling silver, or PVD black coating. Iced out designs use AAAAA-grade cubic zirconia. Hypoallergenic, won't tarnish.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

Yes — stainless steel, sterling silver, and gold-plated pieces are nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.

How do I find my chain length?

Most men's pendant chains are 18-22 inches. Standalone chains for layered looks: 24-30 inches. Use a soft tape measure around your neck for reference.

How do I care for my pieces?

Take off before swimming, showering, or working out. Wipe with a soft cloth after wear. Store in the original pouch to prevent scratches.
