Thank you for shopping with DRIPLORE. We want to be fully transparent about how and when your order will arrive.
Processing Time
Every order is hand-checked and dispatched as part of a total delivery window of 8-15 business days from your order (processing included). During peak periods (holidays, new drop launches), please allow a few extra business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Time
We ship worldwide from our atelier in Asia. Every piece is hand-checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standard.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local postal conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
Shipping Methods & Cost
Shipping is free worldwide. No minimum order required.
We ship worldwide via established tracked international carriers. The specific carrier is selected per order based on destination and product to ensure the best delivery experience.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment at:
- 17track.net (supports all major carriers)
- Or directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided
Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
DRIPLORE ships internationally. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Most orders under $50 USD are below the de minimis threshold of major markets and are unlikely to incur customs charges, but we cannot guarantee this. We recommend checking your country's import regulations if you have concerns.
We are unable to mark packages as "gifts" or under-declare their value on customs forms.
Delays & Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of the dispatch date (30 business days for remote regions), please contact us at support@driplore.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, depending on the outcome, either reship your order or issue a full refund.
Please note:
- Holiday periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year) may add 5–10 business days to delivery estimates.
- Once a package is handed to the carrier, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. DRIPLORE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@driplore.com. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
