Why 8-15 business days?
Each DRIPLORE piece passes pre-ship QC at our lineup before dispatch — no factory drop-ship, no automated relay. The window covers lineup inspection (2-3 days) plus international air shipping (5-12 days). Free worldwide shipping is standard on every order.
What if my tracking shows no movement for several days?
Status updates can pause for 3-5 business days during customs clearance, especially when packages transit between origin (Asia) and destination. This is normal — the package is moving even when the tracking page isn't refreshing. If status hasn't changed in 10+ business days, reach out.
Where's my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are emailed when your order ships — check your inbox for an email from support@driplore.com or a Shopify shipping confirmation. You can also log in to your DRIPLORE account to see all your orders with their tracking links attached.
What carriers do you ship through?
DRIPLORE ships through China Post, Yanwen, 4PX, Cainiao Air, Yun Express, and similar international air-mail carriers. From the destination country onward, the local postal service handles last-mile: USPS in the US, Royal Mail in the UK, Canada Post in Canada, Australia Post in Australia, and the national postal carrier across the EU. 17Track unifies tracking across these handoffs in one view.
