QUESTIONS
HOW IS IT POWERED?
Check the title and photos for this exact unit. Most COLD FRONT fans and coolers charge or run over USB — where a piece has a built-in battery, the size is listed in mAh. Plug-in gear like ice makers runs off mains power: if this listing shows a plug option, pick the one that matches your country before you add to cart.
HOW DO I CLEAN IT?
Unplug first. Wipe fans and housings with a dry or slightly damp cloth — never rinse anything with a motor, a battery, or a charging port. Water tanks, ice baskets, trays and molds: empty, rinse and air-dry after use so nothing sits wet. Gel packs and cooling wraps: follow the instructions printed on the pack, and stop using one that leaks.
WHAT IF IT'S NOT RIGHT?
30-day returns, 14-day exchanges — same as everything we drop. Every unit gets pre-ship QC before dispatch. If yours shows up damaged or dead on arrival, email support@driplore.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it. Full terms on our returns page.
