Standard products can be shipped within 3 days. Custom pendants require one month for design and production to ensure perfection. Additionally, we will keep you updated at every stage of production and conduct a video inspection with you before shipping.

Q6: How do you handle product quality issues?

Once production is complete, we assign dedicated quality control personnel to inspect the products for compliance. Before shipping, we conduct three rounds of inspections, offer video inspection support, and only package and ship the goods after confirming everything is in order. During the custom production process, we’ll also provide updates on design sketches, production drawings, and finished product testing videos. Every step clearly demonstrates the production process to you.
